Your documents are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible and can only be reached through short-lived links generated after an authorisation check.
Who can view your data
No student can view another student data. Access is limited to authorised team members according to their role, and every view or change is logged.
Retention period
We keep your file for the duration of the service and afterwards for as long as legal obligations require, then archive it.
Reporting a problem
If you notice unusual activity on your account, contact us immediately and we will take the necessary action.
