Cancelling an application
You may request cancellation of your file at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Refunds follow the published Refund Policy.
Postponing an application
If you wish to postpone to a later round of the same opportunity, we can carry your file over at no extra charge, provided applications for the new round are open.
Cancelling consultations
A consultation booking may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellation or non-attendance counts as a used session.
Cancellation by us
If we ever have to cancel a service, we will notify you immediately and refund the full amount paid.
