Non-refundable fees
Service fees cover the work of preparing, reviewing, and submitting your file. Once work on your file has begun, fees become non-refundable.
Cases eligible for a refund
You may request a full refund if you cancel before work on your file has started, or if we are unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons attributable to us.
Rejection does not mean a refund
A rejection by the awarding body is not grounds for a refund, because the fee pays for the service rather than for a guarantee of admission.
Processing time
Refund requests are reviewed within 14 working days and returned using the original payment method.
