Admission decisions rest entirely with the university or awarding body, and the office has no authority over that decision. Service fees pay for the work of preparing and following up your file, not for a guarantee of an award.
What we commit to
We commit to preparing a complete and accurate file, reviewing your documents, submitting the application on time, and informing you of any update as soon as we receive it.
What affects your chances
The criteria of the awarding body, the number of applicants, your academic record, and your language level are all factors outside our control.
Deadlines
Delays in providing requested documents may cause a deadline to be missed, and responsibility in that case rests with the applicant.
